Affiliate Rules
We work only with affiliates who bring real promotion and real value.
If we detect suspicious activity, attribution abuse, or behavior that doesn’t match normal affiliate marketing, the affiliate account may be suspended immediately and unpaid commissions may be withheld.
WHAT IS ALLOWED
• Promoting ARK of Sweden products on your own personal blog, social media accounts, YouTube channel, newsletter, or website — provided your platform does not use our brand name in its domain, handle, or title
• Sharing your unique affiliate link in content you create yourself (original reviews, articles, videos)
• Earning commissions on sales generated through your approved affiliate link
WHAT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED
The following actions will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, commission forfeiture, and legal action:
1. Lookalike domains — Registering or operating any domain name, website, or online store that contains "ARK", "ARK Drops", "ARK of Sweden", "ARK Bars", "ARK Melts" or any confusingly similar variation of our brand name
2. Trademark misuse — Using the ARK of Sweden name, logo, or trademark in any domain, business name, app, social media handle, or commercial entity without prior written authorization
3. Unauthorized use of brand assets — Reproducing, downloading, modifying or distributing our product images, videos, logos, packaging, or any other copyrighted or trademarked material without explicit written permission
4. Impersonation — Creating any website, store, or presence that could mislead consumers into believing it is an official, authorized, or affiliated ARK of Sweden outlet
5. Unauthorized sales — Selling, reselling, or facilitating the sale of ARK of Sweden products through any channel other than directing customers to our official website via your affiliate link
6. Paid advertising on brand terms — Running paid ads (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) targeting our brand keywords without prior written approval
ENFORCEMENT
Violation of any of the above will result in:
• Immediate suspension of affiliate account and affiliate link
• Forfeiture of all pending and unpaid commissions
• Legal action for trademark infringement, copyright violation, and/or passing off under applicable EU, Swedish, and international law
• Referral to relevant consumer protection and intellectual property authorities
Reviews & suspension
If activity looks irregular or abusive:
If no clear proof is provided, the suspension will remain.
Minimum payout rule
To prevent misuse and self-referrals, affiliate payouts are processed only once the balance reaches a minimum of €100.
Accounts that generate small commissions through self-orders, friends, or internal use will not be paid. Any attempt to bypass this rule may result in suspension.
Final note
We’re happy to work with affiliates who are transparent and create real demand.
Anything else won’t be part of our program.
